For card blocking or fraud reporting, call our 24/7 emergency hotline at +254 800 100 200. You can also block your card instantly through our mobile app.

Walk-ins are welcome for most services. However, for loan consultations, investment advisory, and account opening, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a specialist is available.
